At each withdrawal moment this works out how much to take out, where that money comes from, and which funds to buy or sell, in whole units. It follows the rules in my rulebook, from the same code as the Withdrawal Simulator.
Choose the portfolio you hold: each has its own funds and target weights, and they all follow the same rules. Mine is the one from Part 6. It doesn't place orders, fetch prices or look at taxes.
